ToolTanks ("we", "us", "our") operated by Rexon India offers subscription-based plans — Pro (₹249/month) and Unlimited (₹699/month). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, we offer a straightforward refund process.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• ✓ You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment.
• ✓ You have not extensively used the service (fewer than 50 conversions since subscribing).
• ✓ The payment was made through our official website tooltanks.com.
• ✓ Your account is in good standing with no policy violations.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

• ✗ More than 7 days have passed since the payment date.
• ✗ The account has been used extensively (50+ conversions after subscribing).
• ✗ The refund request is for renewal payments (only first payment is eligible).
• ✗ The account has been suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service.
• ✗ Payment was made through an unauthorized third-party platform.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — please contact us separately if you also want a refund.

7. Free Plan

The Free plan (₹0) does not involve any payment and therefore no refund is applicable. All free plan features are available without any credit card or payment.
