Files you upload: When you use our conversion tools, you upload files to our servers. These files are processed solely for the purpose of conversion and are automatically deleted within 30 minutes of upload (60 minutes for output files).
Usage data: We collect anonymized analytics data including pages visited, features used, and browser type to improve our service. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you.
Contact information: If you contact us via email or the contact form, we collect your name and email address solely to respond to your inquiry.
We never: sell your data, use your files for training AI models, share your files with third parties, or use your data for targeted advertising.
All uploaded and converted files are stored in isolated, temporary directories on our servers. Files are automatically and permanently deleted as follows:
